LOGGERHEAD TURTLE


Our captain rescues a loggerhead turtle!!!




Today in our way, we have found a little this issue, and we could help to continue they journey.

Since 2010, have been released in the Canary Islands 700 copies of loggerhead turtles. 

The loggerhead turtle frequents the waters of the archipelago, especially during the summer, where he comes from its main breeding areas located in North America, Cuba and the Gulf of Mexico. Often visitors can make these turtles off the coast of Tenerife and even some reach the beaches. A program of the Canary Islands Government contributes to their conservation and enables animals sometimes get stranded on the shores of the sea once again in a position to survive.

THE PUERTITO
