A DIFFERENT DAY!




1. Turn it off! 
2. Find an outdoor activity, enjoying the sun, air, the breeze, use your legs and arms. 
3. Laugh, joke, laugh laugh laugh laugh and turn to laugh
4. Have a detail with the people you love, prepares a cake or cook a special lunch for your family or take them to dinner. 
5. Spend the day with those you love. 
6. Free yourself from the TV and read that book you want to start that long ago. 
7. Relax listening to an album in your music collection, the entire collection rediscovers the old music that you have not heard in a while, either alone or accompanied, if it makes you sing "sings" the main objective liberes that stress, you recharge energy to start a new day all. 
8. Try to do something completely different to come out of the monotony. 
9. If you have children, send them elsewhere. It's very nice to be with family, but if you want romance, you must be alone with your partner. Ask grandparents, friends or other relatives if they can look after their children during the weekend.
